Armylaxparents.com is for the parents, and it must be by the parents.
A note from Jack Couch
Editor, armylaxparents.com
February, 2004

Welcome to another great season of Army Lacrosse!

Army Lacrosse Parents On Line is entering its fifth year. Armylaxparents.com was established and operated for two seasons by 2002 Army lax captain Nick Bilotta's brother, Greg. The editorship passed to me after Nick's graduation in 2002. It has been a very satisfying experience.

My goal for the web site is to help make the season as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible both for Army Lacrosse players and for their parents. Specifically, we aim to provide the Army Lacrosse cadet parent with a central location for information about anything and everything associated with Army Lacrosse ... game locations and directions, tailgate information, articles from lacrosse publications, photos from games and other Army Lacrosse events, contact information, and Army Lax logowear.

While armylaxparents.com is aimed primarily at our players' parents, we have discovered that it is also visited frequently by Army lax alumni, other friends of Army lacrosse, and even by followers of our opponents, especially before home games. We also answer many questions from all these groups.

My theme for this season is to increase each parent's involvement with the web site. Armylaxparents.com is for the parents, and to succeed, it must be by the parents.

In keeping with this theme, I need your help. I encourage your feedback and involvement as we work to make this web site the best parental information resource for a collegiate lacrosse team in the country.  Please do not hesitate to email me directly or call at 203-838-0232 if you have questions or suggestions. I encourage everyone to email pictures of tailgates or games, stories about your Army Lacrosse experience, or even recipes for that specialty dish you make for the tailgates!

I look forward to seeing all our returning parents, and welcoming the new Army Lax parents to our online home.
