2010 Season Information-
HOTEL FOR ARMY VS
CORNELL-2nd ROUND NCAA GAME-SUNDAY, MAY 23-
PJ booked a block of 15 to 20 rooms at the
Holiday Inn Express located in Ronkonkoma NY
not far from MacArthur (Islip) Airport and
about 15 to 20 minutes from Stony Brook
FOR SATURDAY NIGHT.. It is right off exit 57
of the Long Island Expressway. It will be a
mix of Kings and Doubles at a rate of
$125.00 per room plus tax. The hotel has a
restaurant
and bar area. Check in would be Saturday
afternoon after 3 PM or call to check in
earlier, a
nd check out is 11 AM on Sunday which works
nicely with the game. The rooms are
being held under West Point Army Lacrosse

Reservations
must be made by Thursday at 5 PM to hold
this rate. After 5 PM,
rooms go
back into general inventory. Please insure
that you understand any
cancellation policies. If you
have to call after Thursday to make a
reservation, ask for

SYRACUSE-1st ROUND NCAA GAME-Sunday, May 16-
PJ
O'Sullivan was able to secure a room rate at the
Sheraton Hotel at Syracuse University for the
upcoming game this Sunday evening.
Saturday night
the hotel is sold out due to graduation on
Saturday. The room rate is $129.00
for a Single, Double or King. There are only a
few Kings in the hotel. Please call 800-395-2105
or 315-475-3000 and
ask for
in house reservations to get your room. The
rooms are under West Point /Army Lacrosse
Parents. There is a $10.00 parking charge
per night. The hotel is on the edge of the
campus and about a 10 minute walk to the Carrier
Dome.
Directions to Ulrich Field, Leigh University,
Bethlehem PA.
Load your home
address and Yahoo Maps will provide door to door
directions.
Following the game, players will be provided
with subs, Gatorade and chips. Parents are
asked to bring PLENTY of portable, bagged
desserts to send back with the players on the
bus. The tailgate will likely be short,
similar to the one following our Syracuse game.
Airforce Hotel Info-The
hotel for the Air Force game is the Marriott in
Colorado Springs. The contact there is Michel
Chiroux (or Susan Gerdes). Please call Michel
directly and he will personally assist you in
making the reservation. He can be reached at
719-268-4215, M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST. He can

The

is 10 minutes from the AFA.

will be $79.00 per night is under Army Lacrosse
Parents.
Army Vs Bucknell Game
Hotel Info- There is a
new Holiday Inn Express in Lewisburg/New
Columbia, right on the main road heading into
Bucknell. They offer State/Government/AAA
and Senior Rates.

With a late game, currently scheduled for 8pm,
it's a good option for people who can't travel
back home that evening.
Day of Rivals- Army vs.
Navy Hotel Info-The
Hotel for the Army Navy Game is the Holiday Inn
Express located at 1701 Russell St, Baltimore,
MD 21230. The phone number is 410-727-0703. This
is the hotel that was used last year. It is
located on the south side of M&T Bank Stadium
about 1/2 mile away. The hotel does have a
complimentary shuttle to and from the M&T Bank
Stadium and the Inner Harbor. Check with the
front desk on the schedule. The hotel is in
close proximity to the stadium, but that is it.
If you want to go to the Inner Harbor, you will
need to drive, cab, or shuttle it.
The room rate
is $139.00 per night plus $10.00 per night for
parking and 13.5% tax and that includes a hot
buffet breakfast. Rooms have been blocked for
April 16th and April 17th as follows: April
16th, 10 Single King and 10 Double Queen. On
April 17th, 15 Single King and 20 Double Queen.
These rooms will be held until March 16th. After
the 16th, they will go back into General
Inventory. You can make your reservations now
and can cancel up to March 16th with NO
PENALTY.
After March
16th, any cancellations will incur a $157.00
charge to your credit card. There is a Girls
Dance and Cheer competition in town this weekend
as well. Hotel room availability will be tight.

Cornell Hotel Info-
A block of
15 Rooms is reserved at the Best Western Hotel,
1020 Ellis Hollow Rd, Ithaca,
New York for Saturday March 6th. The game is at
3:00 PM

The rate is
$99.00 dollars plus tax for a King or a room
with two Doubles. Normal rate is $139.00. Check
in is at 3:00 PM or earlier if rooms are ready.

have a complimentary shuttle to get you there.

Syracuse Hotel Info-There
is a block of 15 rooms at the Sheraton Hotel at
Syracuse University for Sunday evening February
28th. The Rate is for $129.00 for the room and
is for a King, Queen, Double or whatever your
room needs are based on the availability when
you call. The Sheraton is located across the
street from the University and is about a 10
minute walk to the Carrier Dome. The Rooms will
be held under West Point/Army Lacrosse
Parents and will be held until January 28th.
After that, the rooms go back into the general
inventory.
There is also a
$10.00 charge for parking.

Orlando Hotel Info-
PJ O'Sullivan
has arranged 50 rooms at the Shades of Green
Resort in Orlando. This is located on the Disney
property about 10 minutes from where the team
will be playing and about 1 mile from Magic
Kingdom. These rooms would be for the evenings
of 29 and 30 January.
This is an
Armed Forces Recreation Center and the General
Manager at the facility is allowing us to stay
there. The
rate is $133.00 per night for a standard room
with two Queen beds; and rooms would have to be
reserved by 3 January 2010. After the 3rd there
can be no cancellations or there will be a
charge.
Any reservations after the 3rd of January would
be at the prevailing room rates. Any rooms not
accounted for after the 3rd will go back into
inventory.
The group code for reserving a room would
be 1001ARMYLA and is case
sensitive. Use this code
when making a reservation,

Duke Hotel
Information- Rooms have been reserved at the
Sheraton Imperial in Durham, NC. Click on

ARMY LACROSSE PARENTS
Army vs
Rutgers- Below are links to the Rutgers

tailgate following the game.

need CHAIRS, TABLES, GRILLS AND OF COURSE FOOD

It is
likely that we won't have electric, so you will
need to bring food that is portable and doesn't

Syracuse Hotel
Information-
There are 15 rooms
at the Syracuse Sheraton for Friday, February
20, 2009. The room rate is $129 per night for
single/double occupancy ($8 per vehicle parking
fee not included).
The rooms are all double with a cut-off date for
reservations 1/22/09 at 5 pm. You can cancel by
6 pm on the day prior to the arrival date.

Information for the Day of Rivals Event-
