Team,
I trust this
email finds
you well.
I’ve
attached
some
information
for the
parents that
will
hopefully
answer any
questions
that might
arise.
If you don’t
mind, could
you please
forward this
on to the
parents of
your
players.
We very much
appreciate
your support
and look
forward to
seeing you
next
weekend.
Thanks!

TAILGATE INFO:
The
full details for the
tailgate in Virginia will
not be available until
Wednesday, October 12. Last
minute
decisions will be based on
weather forecasts.
Famous Dave's will provide
the meal. Amy Lax Parents
will cover two people per
player, any additional
family or
friends will needed to be
covered by the individual
family. At this point I
believe that cost will be
between $10
and $15. The exact cost will
be available on Wednesday.
Email me your numbers by
Tuesday at the latest. I
will
not be able to add numbers
after Wednesday morning.
lornathul@live.com
Please
bring desserts and drinks.
The players will leave
immediately after the
tailgate so individually
wrapped
desserts are great for them
on the bus. Also any tents,
tables and chairs will be
appreciated. Due to parking
issues
you will be allowed to drop
tents, etc off but will not
be able to park near the
tailgate. Tailgate will be
located to the left of the
field.
Send
me your numbers soon!!
Stay in touch with the
parents website!
Pray for clear skies!
